OUR MISSION

The mission of the Greater Louisville Business Alliance (GLBA) is twofold.  GLBA was founded in 1997 for the purpose of promoting the spirit of enterpreneurship in and around the Greater Louisville area and throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky to the extent possible and to strive to use our influence as an organization of independent businessmen and women to promote and defend state, local and federal legislation that is in the best interests of the small business community.

In addition, it shall be our collective purpose to enhance the revenues and profitability of our members' businesses via networking.  We promote fellowship among our members and provide social and recreational opportunities for the membership via club-sponsored events and activities.  It is understood that a business relationship between GLBA members is meant to be established as a result of attraction and not promotion and that a member's unsolicited active promotion of his/her business to fellow GLBA members shall be frowned upon.
